I.V’s Home Solutions was created from a deeply personal experience and a strong desire to provide better housing options for people requiring disability support.

The company was named in honour of our mum, Irene Vera Payne, with the initials I.V. representing her name and the important role she played in inspiring the business.

When our family began looking at care and accommodation options for Mum, we felt that the choices available did not provide the level of comfort, dignity, flexibility and personal connection she deserved. We wanted something that felt less like a facility and more like a real home.

That experience became the reason I.V’s Home Solutions was created.

Our goal is to provide safe, welcoming and affordable rooms for people who require NDIS supports, while ensuring each resident is treated with respect, included in decisions and supported to maintain their independence.

Mum’s experience continues to guide everything we do. Her name is at the heart of our company and serves as a reminder of why suitable housing, genuine care and a sense of belonging are so important.
