Name: Tristan Payne

Hobbies: Playing games, sepending time with family.

Life Experiences: I have been involved in caring for family members from a young age, supporting loved ones with a wide range of disabilities, complex health conditions and cancer.

At the age of 12, I became a lower-leg amputee and have since navigated my own challenges relating to physical and mental health while continuing to provide care and support to others. These lived experiences have given me a strong understanding of resilience, empathy and the importance of person-centred support.

I also bring previous business experience from operating a successful lawn maintenance company that provided services to more than 150 clients. This experience strengthened my skills in leadership, customer service, organisation and business management.
